What counts as an AI agent?
An AI agent in KamiwazaAI is any autonomous process that uses an LLM to make decisions and take actions. This includes customer-facing bots, internal workflow agents, document processing agents, and any orchestrated model invocation that runs with memory or tool access.
Can I change plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately — you'll be prorated for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. There are no penalties for either direction.
Is there a free trial for the Growth plan?
Yes. Growth comes with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. You'll have access to the full plan feature set, including RBAC and audit logging, so you can evaluate it under real conditions.
What happens when I hit my LLM call limit?
On Starter, workflows will pause until the next billing cycle. On Growth, we'll notify you at 80% usage and offer the option to purchase additional call volume without waiting for your cycle to reset. Enterprise plans have no hard limits.
Do you offer private cloud or on-premise deployment?
Private cloud deployment is available on Enterprise plans. On-premise deployments are handled on a case-by-case basis for organizations with strict data residency requirements. Contact our sales team to discuss your specific infrastructure constraints.
